The Obvious Choice  There are a lot of compact tractors on the market and even more parts to go on them.  When making my decision on a loader, I did my research.  I planned on using it a lot so durability was a factor, quality was equally important, and lastly service/warranty/support.  It was an obvious choice at that point.  Westendorf loaders and implements are the finest in the business.  The prices are aggressive and the support and service have been far more than I anticipated.  My dealings with the Sales Team made the choice very easy.  When I picked up my unit, they even trained me on how to use the loader and tractor canopy.  They far exceeded my expectations, and I would certainly recommend Westendorf loaders and implements to anyone with a tractor--especially the little guy like me.  Affordable, reliable, great service, and some of the nicest people to work with in the business!

The size of the loader, construction and weight of the loader fit the 40-50 horsepower tractor; it is a nice loader.  It works fast and good; the quick-attach is nice. The joystick valve is what the younger generation wants.  It's a good price for what it is.  I got one of the first ones Westendorf made and have done a lot of hard work with it.

The canopy has really been a blessing, it keeps me out of the weather while I'm brush-hogging the pastures and mowing the yard.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and Westendorf and comment on the product you sold me. If you recall, I have a John Deere 4300 compact tractor and you folks sold me the Westendorf TA-111 loader with the 60" bucket.
I come from an agricultural back ground. As well, I have spent more of my time in utility construction so I am somewhat familiar with professional grade excavation equipment ranging from 20 to 100 HP.
Your loader was delivered to my local dealer and was shipping free for my pick up. The pick-up at my local dealer was friendly and easy, proving to me that Westendorf takes good care of their retailers as well as their customers.
I chose to install my loader myself and relied on you a great deal regarding the specifications/requirements of my tractor. The loader and install kit showed up on time and correct to the specifications you and I agreed upon. The installation was fairly easy and the product was engineered for my "Deere" perfectly. There was NO prying or welding to assimilate your product with my tractor.
Since that time, I have used it for spreading and managing gravel, top soil and great amounts of snow this winter. The construction of this loader, (metal weights, welds, specifications, performance of strength and controls) compare to those of professional grade in both construction and agricultural implements that I have operated in past efforts.
Most important was your interaction. You took the initiative to contact me and make sure that all was well and that I was satisfied with my product. It should be noted for record that your efforts and knowledge of the product ensured the final sale and increased my overall satisfaction with this venture.
